These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 365jl58 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the registered or prospective user ("Player," "you," or "your"). These Terms form a legally binding contract. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease use of the 365jl58 platform and refrain from registering an account.

During registration you will be asked to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You are required to keep this information current and accurate. 365jl58 may conduct identity verification checks at registration or at any subsequent point using the information you provide.

As a registered player on 365jl58, you bear full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all wagers placed, transactions initiated, and communications sent from your account, regardless of whether such actions were taken by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your account.

You are solely responsible for:

You agree not to sell, transfer, or assign your 365jl58 account or any rights therein to any third party. Any such transfer, whether for consideration or not, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

365jl58 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time. Accepted methods currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 365jl58 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated funds returned, less any applicable transaction fees.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the identity on your 365jl58 account. Before your first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point, 365jl58 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as PhilSys, UMID, SSS card, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or denial.

365jl58 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems suspicious, unusually large, or inconsistent with the player's typical activity. Processing times stated above are estimates and are not guaranteed. 365jl58 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or network issues beyond our control.

365jl58 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as specific bonus terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your 365jl58 account in the form of bonus funds or free spins and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• 365jl58 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering requirements already accepted by a player will be honoured.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Players who wish to opt out of receiving bonuses may contact our support team to request a bonus-free account status. In this case, deposits will not be automatically matched and no bonus funds will be credited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365jl58 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at registration or at any subsequent time.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or with platform staff for personal financial gain.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings generated through a software error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the 365jl58 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 365jl58 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 365jl58 staff through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to misrepresent your location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.
• Engaging in charge-back fraud — initiating unauthorized charge-backs or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider.

All content on the 365jl58 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 365jl58 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 365jl58 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 365jl58 content; use 365jl58 branding in any commercial context without express written consent; or scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of 365jl58 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 365jl58 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 365jl58 platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and regardless of the theory of liability asserted.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service outages.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that 365jl58 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors in a timely manner.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network disruptions.
• Loss of data arising from circumstances outside 365jl58's reasonable control.

The 365jl58 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted, secure, and fair service, we do not warrant that the platform will always be error-free, continuously available, or free from harmful components. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

365jl58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

Upon account termination for cause, 365jl58 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where termination is not due to a breach by you (for example, if you voluntarily close your account), any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

You may voluntarily close your 365jl58 account at any time by contacting our support team. If your account closure is related to responsible gaming concerns, 365jl58 will also activate self-exclusion protections as described in Section 10 below.

365jl58 supports responsible gaming in accordance with guidelines issued by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of 365jl58, or any transaction conducted on the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting 365jl58 support in writing with a clear description of the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial notice, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in those courts.

Nothing in this section limits 365jl58's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
